What’s the difference between using Launchpad and a traditional High Street agent?

What will happen when you do my home visit?
Once you have contacted us and decided that you would like us to carry out the initial marketing appraisal we’ll organise a home visit. During the home visit we’ll take measurements, photos and take details for a general description. We’ll also talk you through the selling process and of course answer any questions you may have. Your Sales and Marketing director will also discuss the benefits of our additional services.
 
    
How quickly will we be able to come round for a home visit?
Normally within 48 Hours.
 
     
How soon after the home visit does my property go on the market?
Your property details will be uploaded onto all of our affiliated property websites as soon as the home visit has been completed and you have confirmed your property details. Normally within 2-3 days.
 
     
How are viewings arranged?

We arrange every appointment personally with all of our vendors hopefully by telephone, to enable us to confirm a definite appointment.
 
     
What is the next step after the viewing has taken place?
We will contact the person that viewed your property to gather feedback. We will then e mail you with their feedback.
 
     
How long can I market my property with you for?
We will market your property until it is sold or until you ask us to take it off the market.
 
     
How are offers dealt with?
We will let you know of all offers by e mail or by telephone. If the price isn’t right then we’ll take your instructions do everything we can to negotiate the price that you will be happy with.
 
     
Why do you charge up front fees?
The initial Marketing fee is to enable us to keep our fixed prices as low as they are, basically it only covers our initial fees.
