LET ONLY SERVICE
The Agent provides a property let only service to property owners wishing to let their property but who want to remain responsible for all aspects of the property and tenancy for the duration of the term.
The Let Only Service includes:-
Advising as to the likely rental income;
Advertising and generally marketing the property;
Interviewing prospective tenants and taking up appropriate references and credit checks;
Where it is deemed necessary for a guarantor to be added to the agreement we will arrange for suitable credit checks to be carried out and will prepare the necessary documentation;
Forwarding details of prospective tenants and advising on choice;
Arranging for the tenant to move in and getting two copies of our standard tenancy agreement to be signed;
Collecting the first months rent and the agreed deposit;
Arranging for the deposit to be sent to the Landlord.
Forwarding a detailed rental statement and the net amount due from the first rental payment less any agreed deductions for fees or expenses incurred;
