The Buy to Let Estate Agent Terms & Use
When you use the Buy to Let Estate Agent website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are collectively referred to as ‘these Terms’. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use this site.
The Buy to Let Estate Agent reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretions by changing them on the site. The current version of these Terms will apply whenever you use this site.
To receive details of properties on this site, you must complete a registration. We will confirm this by sending you an email containing you account ID.
You undertake that all information provided by you in regard to your registration and any property details, be as accurate and complete as possible and we the Buy to Let Estate Agent will take reasonable care to prepare particulars that correctly describe each property.
If the Buy to Let Estate Agent provide information, or a copy of a document provided by a third party, we will do so only on the basis that we are not responsible for the accuracy of that information or document.
Information given to the Buy to Let Estate Agent is deemed to be correct to the best of our knowledge. No liability is accepted for any errors omissions or misdescriptions, therefore, the Buy to Let Estate Agent recommend purchasers satisfy their own requirements and carry out their own due diligence prior to making an offer on a property.
The Buy to Let Estate Agent are not responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, repair and security of any of the properties entered onto the site at any time.
Both the Buyer and Seller must pay a £100 + VAT up front fee when either selling or buying a property and the remaining £400 + VAT on completion of the transaction.
Where comparables have been given, please be aware these are only to be used as a guide, as the Buy to Let Estate Agent cannot guarantee, the size and style of the property will be the same in all cases.
The Buy to Let Estate Agent must stress that they do not give advice or recommendations regarding any alternative products and services offered. Any information does not constitute as financial advice and is not covered under the Financial Services Act 1986. You are advised to seek professional help when entering into any binding contracts.
The Buy to Let Estate Agent reserve the right to modify, add or delete any information without notice.
All details sent by email will be deemed to have been received on receipt (or, when received on UK national holiday or on a Saturday or a Sunday, the next working day following the day of receipt). All details sent by post will be deemed to have been received within 3 working days after the date of posting.
The Buy to Let Estate Agent do not trade under the Estate Agency Code of Conduct.
