At last someone else is trying to help!
At Launchpad we have been helping people get on to the property ladder for almost 10 years.
Many of the properties that we have to sell are available on very favourable terms.
We appreciate how difficult it is, so we have put together a number of schemes to try and help.
Obviously everyone’s circumstances are different and what works for one is not necessarily right for everyone, below is a brief description of some of the ways we may be able to help.
It is important to remember that we can not offer financial advice, for more information and advice please ask to meet one of our independent mortgage advisors.
Rent then Buy:
By renting you can prove to a lender that you can afford to meet the costs associated with a particular property as quite often the rent costs are greater than those of a mortgage.
And guess what! We might be prepared to give you back a full years rent which would go towards your deposit.
Gifted deposits:
As we mentioned earlier a lot of the properties that we sell have very understanding vendors and some might be prepared to offer you 5 -10% of the selling price back towards your deposit.
Loan deposits:
The loan deposit scheme is when you are advanced the deposit which is at favourable interest rates and for a term that is best for you.
Parent Loans:
It is common practice today for parents to take a loan which is then gifted to their child to help towards the deposit. We can help point you in the right direction to arrange these loans.
