Hopefully by working with us we can eleviate some of the burden of struggling to sell and saving you money by not having to pay traditional estate agent fees.
Dealing with your Part Exchange Properties
At Launchpad Homes we offer a 2 staged fixed Price Developers service.
Stage 1: Where the vendor is still in occupation and is willing to carry out the viewings we charge a fixed fee of £500+vat.
Stage 2: Where the property is empty and the viewings are to be done by Launchpad Homes our fixed fee is £895+vat.
In both instances there is an initial marketing fee of £100+vat however this is not an additional charge as it will be deducted from the final bill.
We will include free of charge a 360 virtual tour and additional still photography (normally costing £90+vat).
