The dictionary definition is ‘the act of making a formal assessment of the worth of something such as a house’.
Any estate agent will tell you there are so many things to consider when selling, we believe it is best for us to offer you a guide price as to how much you should market your property for.
Before deciding on a Marketing Strategy we conduct a full market appraisal. We look at other sales and marketing prices of properties in your area and consider current market conditions, we also need to discuss with you why you are selling and what factors we need to consider - perhaps you want to sell quickly, or you need to achieve a certain price regardless of timeframe; there are so many things to take into account.
Everything considered we then give you our educated thoughts and advise on the best way forward for you.
However the price and how we market your property is your decision; we are working for you and however we decide to go forward you can be assured of our 100% commitment to achieving your goal.
It is impossible for anyone to say how much you will eventually be offered for your home as it is the buyer who makes an offer who decide what it is actually worth.
