Based in Sunderland Tyne & Wear Launchpad was originally formed to sell new build properties built within the group to investors and first time buyers.
In time we found that the demand from investors exceeded supply and so we began buying investment properties to keep within the company or to sell to investors.
We now find ourselves in a unique position within the UK Buy to Let market. Being both a developer and a trader in properties. This unique position allows us to offer a wide variety of properties and investment packages for Buy To Let investors.
